We charge a flat rate of 6.99 euros per order for standard shipping within the German mainland. From a gross order value of 150 euros, we ship free of charge. When shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of 14.90 euros. Please note that for deliveries to German islands, the island surcharge is always charged in addition to the other shipping costs. 

We deliver worldwide. For parcels up to 2 kg, the standard shipping costs are between 15.00 euros and 70.00 euros. 

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

If you wish to pay in advance, please transfer the total amount, stating your name and order number, to the following account at VR Bank Amberg-Sulzbach: DE15 7529 0000 0000 0016 60. Your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. You will find all the necessary details for your bank transfer in our confirmation e-mail. We ask for your understanding that we can only reserve the goods for you for seven working days and that your payment must be received in our account within this period. After this period, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will be asked to enter your personal details and credit card details in a form. These are then transmitted to the respective payment provider via a secure connection. In a few seconds, the bank will check the transaction data and your credit line. If the response is positive, your chosen credit card will be debited with the agreed amount. PAYPAL With PayPal, you can pay for your purchases easily and securely - without having to enter your bank details or credit card number, as your details are already stored in your PayPal account. To be able to pay the invoice amount via the Apple payment service provider, you must use the ‘Safari’ browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
